Learning From Someone Who's Been There
Kerem started exactly where many of our students begin - with a love for beautiful things and absolutely no idea how to turn that into a career. His first wedding decoration job was a disaster involving wilted roses and a backdrop that collapsed during the ceremony.
What he learned from that experience, and hundreds of successful events since, forms the foundation of our training approach. We cover the technical skills you need, but also the problem-solving mindset that keeps you calm when the flowers arrive four hours late or the venue changes the lighting setup.
"Every wedding has at least three things that go wrong. The difference between panic and professionalism is knowing how to adapt while keeping the magic intact."
The program runs for six months, combining classroom instruction with real-world apprenticeship opportunities. Students work on actual client projects under supervision, building both skills and confidence before launching their own ventures.
