Crafting Dreams Into Reality

After fifteen years of creating unforgettable wedding moments across Baku, we've learned something important: the most stunning decorations come from understanding both technical skills and the emotional heart of celebration.

Our comprehensive training program launches in September 2025, designed for individuals who want to master the art of wedding decoration. You'll work alongside our team on real events, learning everything from floral arrangement principles to venue transformation techniques that make couples weep with joy.

"The program isn't just about learning to arrange flowers. It's about understanding how light, texture, and space work together to create moments that families will treasure for generations." - Program Overview

Students gain experience with budget planning, client consultation, vendor coordination, and the logistical challenges that separate amateur decorators from professionals who can handle 200-guest celebrations without breaking a sweat.

Learning From Someone Who's Been There

Kerem started exactly where many of our students begin - with a love for beautiful things and absolutely no idea how to turn that into a career. His first wedding decoration job was a disaster involving wilted roses and a backdrop that collapsed during the ceremony.

What he learned from that experience, and hundreds of successful events since, forms the foundation of our training approach. We cover the technical skills you need, but also the problem-solving mindset that keeps you calm when the flowers arrive four hours late or the venue changes the lighting setup.

"Every wedding has at least three things that go wrong. The difference between panic and professionalism is knowing how to adapt while keeping the magic intact."

The program runs for six months, combining classroom instruction with real-world apprenticeship opportunities. Students work on actual client projects under supervision, building both skills and confidence before launching their own ventures.
